The Job
We were asked to install anti-scale barriers to the roof perimeter fencing of the Lister Hospital Multi-Storey Car Park. This included designing and manufacturing bespoke brackets to secure the anti-scale barriers to the existing fencing as well as installing anti-scale barriers to lamp posts and stairwell buildings. A main element of the works was the health and safety requirements with scaffolding and crash decks mounted above four hospital entrances together with safety corridors below the working areas. The project was successfully completed over the course of five weeks with the works being phased to allow the car park to remain operational with minimum disruption.
